It has been a slow start for Barcelona in this season, with a game lost to newly promoted Hercules on their fortress and a surprise draw with Real Mallorca, leaving them in 4th place behind Valencia, Villareal and their Arch rivals Real Madrid. Despite having 6 world cup winning players, they are unable to accelerate in this season. They have scored only 10 goals from 6 games, which is supposed to be a low prolific record for them till now, with having players like Lionel Messi and other Spanish world cup winning stars... Till now, it hasn’t been their season so far. On an interview, Guardiola has stated that there are no reasons for failing in the match against Mallorca. Though Barca dominated the whole game, they never found a way to crack the walls of Mallorca’s defensive wall.
