People's mistake!!!

People often make mistakes in their life. But, those mistakes shouldn’t be a regular one. Likewise, most people in the organisations waste their time in visiting some porn sites. I just wanted to ask those people a question. What’s the use in visiting those sites? Are there any benefits in it? Any action can be taken against them if they do these kinds of activities. These kinds of activities create some Hostile work environment and make others to feel uncomfortable.
